mon-fabric shopping at dewsbury is always fun! i think i have got some really good fabircs for my project. we were there for hours.... ive got some purple suede, really good to work with as it doesnt shift about. it'll be quite hard to sew as it'll be thick but it'll work well. i also purchsed some really fine cotton which is perfct as im designing for spring summer, and the floral fabric i bought is quite thick, so it'll be able to give stuructre to what i make.
critical studies on a tuesday is always fun, im slowly getting into although it doesnt always make much sense and i just find myself argueing with tom.
we were speaking to gemma about our ppd portfolio, which i need to get done, but i dont understand why we would sort it out yet as our hand in is not for another couple of months and our work will (should) have improved by then so we would only be re-doing it anyway.
thursday and friday we were designing im really happy that i am up-to-date with this project i think its goignt o go really well. working a little through christmas really got me in the mood for it.

final design for my waistcoat..... im going to use the beige cotton at the back...the suede for the collar and the floral fabirc to do along side the collar and down the backmondY 25TH
Enterprise as alwasy is thrilling, it can be really good at times, and then sometimes its just boring and unnecesary some of the things we are told about just bore us. the swapsie daisy group is working really well, we always seem to get everything done we all put the work in. it just works well. and seeing as between the four of us we only live in 2 different places it makes life much simpler.
tuesday my tutorial with tom........ i really need to ge the long question done. i cannot for the life of me remeber what it is now, but its possibly the words weirdest text and its going to take me forever to turn into a small paragraph.
proposal form- for my essay needs to be done too. ahhhhh. i know i can get it done i plan on doing something underwear and fashion based.
thursady and friday was retro revival again- im really happy with this project. it couldnr be going better. i have been making my garment and during mon-wed i did the plans, and sorted everything out, so i just need to make my waistcoat. i think my technical file will be good. i think the technical file is going really well. i have managed to make a very simple step by step instruction manual wihch is 30% of my grade so hopefully i will do well.
